How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on order type and location:

Retail orders (Germany): Usually 2–5 business days.

Wholesale orders: Each item is carefully inspected, so delivery can take 21–27 business days.

How can I return an item?
You have 30 days to request a return for your vintage items after receiving them. Please note that our items are usually pre-owned vintage pieces and may show minor signs of wear. Returns are accepted only if items are in the same condition as received, unworn (except for trying on), and in the original packaging.
Important for wholesale orders:
We cannot offer refunds for wholesale purchases. Due to the specific requirements and quantities, as well as individual inspection of each item, returns or refunds are not accepted for wholesale orders.
